  • Dr. Harper is an active member of the Mountain West Podiatric Group where he has previously served as President.

  • Dr. Harper is an active member of the Utah Podiatry Group (UPG), located in the new office buildings attached to Salt Lake Regional Hospital. UPG offers advanced reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle as well as advanced diabetic foot care. The meeting rooms and office operatory suites are frequently utilized for advanced training on new surgical techniques.
